    In the first instance please email us with your query and information including the item, the order number and the name ordered under.

    Generally we do not accept returns as each or is cut to order.

    We will normally replace the item if there is an issue with it or it arrived damaged, returning a damaged item it just a waste of postage costs as it will most likely be thrown away so to save everyone time and effort we generally replace at our own cost.

Our printed Wellington Boot rectangles come printed on 3mm thick frosted acrylic.

Please choose from the option for hanging holes or stand.  For the stand please choose no holes.

The plaque does not come with hanging ribbon.

Choose from the colours/styles on the additional photos when completing names please state the desired style/colour from the list.

We can make larger plaques upon request.  The standard size is 300mm wide x 150mm high.

The design is printed with a UV printer so will not peel off.
