In the first instance please email us with your query and information including the item, the order number and the name ordered under.
Generally we do not accept returns as each or is cut to order.
We will normally replace the item if there is an issue with it or it arrived damaged, returning a damaged item it just a waste of postage costs as it will most likely be thrown away so to save everyone time and effort we generally replace at our own cost.

Our letters are printed with designs then cut on the laser.

The design is printed on the reverse and the cutting gives a nice clean edge to the letter.

Each letter will be differently, so no two letters will come with the same printed design.

The front of the acrylic is left glossy.

You can fix to the wall with command strips so as not to affect the printing. Using glue will cause a chemical reaction with the ink and cause it to bubble.

It is not advised to stick anything to the front of the acrylic.

Cut from 3mm thick clear acrylic.

Sizes currently available 20cm high

Each letter will be a different width and the design may not follow from the previous letter.

The price is per letter.
