Generally we do not accept returns as each or is cut to order.
We will normally replace the item if there is an issue with it or it arrived damaged, returning a damaged item it just a waste of postage costs as it will most likely be thrown away so to save everyone time and effort we generally replace at our own cost.

The picture openings hold 3 x 2 inches picture and the center opening holds 5 x 7 inches picture. This frame will be personalised with your baby’s name MAXIMUM 12 LETTERS. This is the best way to store your photos of your baby growing up for the 1st year. This was designed to fit in a 30 x 40 Ikea frame.
