Returns
In the first instance please email us with your query and information including the item, the order number and the name ordered under.
Generally we do not accept returns as each or is cut to order.
We will normally replace the item if there is an issue with it or it arrived damaged, returning a damaged item it just a waste of postage costs as it will most likely be thrown away so to save everyone time and effort we generally replace at our own cost.

3MM MDF Personalised Double Layered name

Note the backing piece is 34cm wide and the name layered on top and separate for painting and glueing.

You can ask for a star or heart at the end of the name but bear in mind long names may be very small in height.

Please complete the name in the box provided and if you want a star or heart type the name and heart or star in brackets i.e. Sarah(heart)

Each name will be different in height depending on the font and how many letters in the name, smaller names will be much taller than longer names (see image)

If the font and name length cause the name to be too small to cut we will contact you as not all fonts and names are the same size.

The backboard will be in 3mm mdf, or we have added options now for acrylic, mdf, oak veneer.

There is an option to have the name itself in 4mm Oak Veneer as well as 3mm mdf and now acrylic.

If you want a daisy at the end or a heart please put the name in the box and +daisy or +heart otherwise it will come without.

Note that adding a daisy or star or heart will affect the overall height of the name.
