Returns
In the first instance please email us with your query and information including the item, the order number and the name ordered under.
Generally we do not accept returns as each or is cut to order.
We will normally replace the item if there is an issue with it or it arrived damaged, returning a damaged item it just a waste of postage costs as it will most likely be thrown away so to save everyone time and effort we generally replace at our own cost.

4mm MDF Hanging Family design with personalised heart photo frames around

A new design with the word Family (or any other option provided) with hearts attached personalised with names. You choose the amount of hearts and add the names you want on them.

Will be provided with hanging hoops attached to the top hearts to add ribbon/twine.

Overall sizes are 30cm wide (now with wider options) and the height will depend on the amount of hearts chosen. Each heart comes with a separate back to stick you photo onto then glue behind the front heart to keep in place. (may come with hearts attached to each other to make easier for gluing) Once the heart is glued on you will not be able to remove it.

The names will be added in the best way we can to fit, but if you have a specific way you want them please add in the names section working from left to right.

Longer names will have smaller letters due to the amount of letters to fit in the space above each heart.
