Please note that any parcel that has been shipped will not be replaced until at least 10 (Monday to Friday) working days has passed. Note that the day of posting is not included in the 10 days.

This is due to the high increase in parcels being returned to the local collections office and not collected by customers.

The parcels are then returned to us some 21 days later after we have replaced the original parcel.

Due to the high instances of this happening we will not replace any parcel until at least 10 working days has passed.

In the first instance you should go to your local collections office if after 5 working days your parcel has not arrived.

If you have an issue with the Royal Mail service in your area please take it up with them as we have no control over deliveries once the parcels are collected from us.

We now use RM48 AND RM48 Tracked and Royal Mail will email you your tracking number and an expected delivery time on the day of delivery.
