Please note that any parcel that has been shipped will not be replaced until at least 18 (Monday to Friday) working days has passed. Note that the day of posting is not included in the 18 days.
This is due to the high increase in parcels being returned to the local collections office and not collected by customers.
The parcels are then returned to us some 3 weeks later after we have replaced the original parcel.
Due to the high instances of this happening we will not replace any parcel until at least 18 working days has passed.
In the first instance you should go to your local collections office if after 5 working days your parcel has not arrived.
We will then wait a further 13 working days and if the parcel is not received back by us by then we shall replace.
If you have an issue with the Royal Mail service in your area please take it up with them as we have no control over deliveries once the parcels are collected from us.
